1. Eligibility for Replacement
We offer a 7-day replacement policy for products with manufacturing defects or that are damaged upon delivery.
To qualify for a replacement:
- You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The product must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging.
- You must provide photo or video evidence clearly showing the defect or damage.
2. Process for Replacement
If your request is valid:
- Contact our team via email or social media with your order details and evidence.
- We will verify the issue and confirm your replacement eligibility.
- A replacement product will be shipped to you at no extra cost.
3. Refund Policy
At this time, we do not offer cash refunds for change of mind, personal preference, or minor cosmetic issues.
Refunds are only considered under the following conditions:
- The product is out of stock and cannot be replaced.
- The product was never delivered due to issues from our side.
- A duplicate payment was made by error.
In such cases, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method or mobile wallet.
4. Non-Eligible Cases
We do not offer replacements or refunds in the following situations:
- Change of mind after receiving the product
- Damage caused by misuse, drops, water, or accidents
- Battery life affected by overcharging or mishandling
- Delay in delivery due to courier or weather-related issues
