We make every effort to display product details, images, prices, and availability as accurately as possible. However:

  • Actual product color and size may vary slightly due to lighting and screen settings.
  • We reserve the right to correct any errors, including pricing or availability, at any time without prior notice.

3. Order Acceptance & Fulfillment

Placing an order does not automatically confirm acceptance. CHISO NEPAL reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to:

  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized use
  • Incomplete or incorrect customer information
  • Product unavailability

Once your order is placed and confirmed, you will receive an email or message confirmation.

4. Payments

We currently support Cash on Delivery (COD) and digital payment gateways (eSewa). All payments must be made in Nepalese Rupees (NPR).

In the event of payment failure or reversal, your order will be canceled unless otherwise communicated.

5. Delivery & Shipping

Delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Inside Kathmandu Valley: 24 hours working days
  • Outside Valley: 1 - 3 working days

Delays may occur due to weather, public holidays, or courier issues. We aim to deliver promptly but cannot guarantee exact delivery times.

6. Returns & Replacements

We offer a 7-day replacement policy only for products with manufacturing defects. To qualify:

  • Product must be unused and in original condition
  • Replacement request must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • Proof of defect (photo/video) must be provided

We do not offer refunds for change of mind or minor usage-based issues.

7. User Conduct

By using this website, you agree not to:

  • Use false identity or submit fake orders
  • Upload viruses or malicious code
  • Interfere with website functionality
  • Violate any applicable laws

We reserve the right to ban users or take legal action for violations.
